These terms and conditions (the ‘T&C’s) apply to your use of the Website and your purchases of products on the Website.
Please read these T&C’s carefully before you submit your order.
We collect personal information about you to enable us to process and deliver your order. When registering on our website, you consent to Drink Fresh maintaining, recording, holding and using the personal data we collect about you. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998.
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
If you are underage, please do not attempt to order these Products through our Website and cease to use the site immediately.
Before you can place an order, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these T&Cs. If you have any questions about the T&Cs, please contact us before you place an order.
All orders are sent via APC courier network.
Orders placed before Midday (Monday to Friday) will be processed that day for delivery next working day.
Orders placed after Midday (Monday to Friday) or on Weekends will be processed the following working day.
Shipping Charge: Flat rate £4.99 per order for Standard UK Delivery
Please Note: We currently only ship to mainland UK addresses
If for any reason there is an interruption or delay to your order, we will contact you directly with the alternative arrangements.
If your order arrives damaged/in an unsafe condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue, along with a photograph. We will arrange a refund/credit if the product is in an undrinkable condition.
If you are unhappy with your delivery for any other reason, please get in touch with us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Refunds & Returns
Whilst we endeavour to ensure your product will arrive in the best condition possible, we understand some uncontrollable events might take place to alter the smooth running of this process.
If there are any issues with the order, please notify us within a 5 working days of the arrival of your order. In the event of exceptional circumstances, you are responsible for return shipping costs and that the products must be returned in the original, sellable condition.
